Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:  

Executive Director – Operations
Qualification	1st class full time Bachelor Degree in Engineering degree from a recognized University / Institute. (or) Full time Science degree with 1st class full time PG diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology
Experience	Minimum 32 years of post qualification experience in a large sized Engineering/Process/Manufacturing plant, as on 01.12.2024. Should have worked as head of operations for a minimum period of 3 years in a large sized Pulp & Paper industry. Experience may be relaxed upto Three years in deserving cases
General Manager Finance
Qualification	CA/CMA
Experience	Should have minimum 29 years of post qualification experience, as on 01.12.2024. Experience may be relaxed upto Two years in deserving cases
Management Trainee – HR
Qualification	Full time Engineering Degree / Arts / Science and 1st Class Two years full time M.A. (Social Work) with specialization in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / MSW in HR. (or) Full time Engineering Degree / Arts / Science  and 1st Class Two years full time MBA with Specialization in HR. Note:- Candidates should have secured First Class with minimum Seventy Percentage of marks in aggregate in MBA / MA (Social Work) / MSW and minimum Sixty Percentage of marks in Graduation.
Experience	Fresher
Management Trainee - Plantation
Qualification	First Class full time 4 years B.Sc. (Agriculture / Forestry / Horticulture). – BC candidates should have secured First Class with minimum Seventy Percentage of marks in aggregate. – SC / SC Arunthathiyar candidates should have secured First Class with minimum Sixty Five Percentage of marks in aggregate. (or) First Class full time M.Sc. (Botany) – BC candidates should have secured First Class with minimum Seventy Percentage of marks in aggregate in M.Sc. and minimum Sixty Percentage of marks in Graduation. – SC / SCA Applicants should have secured First Class with Minimum Sixty Five Percentage of marks in aggregate in M.Sc. and minimum Sixty Percentage of marks in Graduation.

2. General Manager – Finance	Rs.102500-3%-214790/-
3. MT – HR	1st year : Rs. 33,500 /- p.m. 2nd year : Rs. 37,800 /- p.m.
4. MT – Plantation	1st year : Rs. 33,500 /- p.m. 2nd year : Rs. 37,800 /- p.m.
