 Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: (As on 31.12.2024)

Jr Associate (Customer Support & Sales)

Graduation in any discipline

 

Age Limit: (As on 01.04.2024)

Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) in Clerical Cadre

Not below 20 (Twenty) years and not above 28 (Twenty Eight) years as on 1st April 2024, i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02nd April 1996 and not later than 1st April 2004 (both days inclusive).

 

Relaxation of Upper age limit:

For SC/ ST Applicants	5 years
For OBC Applicants	3 years
For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Applicants	10 years
For PwBD (SC/ ST) Applicants	15 years
For PwBD (OBC) Applicants	13 years
For Ex-Servicemen Applicants	As per Govt. Policy

Salary Details:

Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales)

The Starting Basic Pay is Rs.26730/- (Rs.24050/- plus two advance increments admissible to graduates).

1. Phase-I	Preliminary Examination
2. Phase – II	Main Examination
Language of Exam for Tamilnadu	English, Hindi, Tamil
Exam Center in Tamilnadu	Chennai, Coimbatore, Cuddalore, Erode, Karur, Madurai, Nagercoil, Namakkal, Salem, Thanjavur, Thiruchirapalli, Tirunelvelli, Vellore, Virudhunagar
