SBI Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification for SBI: (As on 31.12.2026)
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University
Age Limit for SBI: (As on 01.04.2026)
- Not below 20 years and not above 28 years as on 01.04.2026, i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1998 and not later than 01.04.2006 (both days inclusive)
Relaxation of Upper age limit:
- +5 Years for ST/SC
- +3 Years for OBC (NCL)
- Persons with Disabilities candidate:
- +10 Years for UR
- +13 Years for OBC (NCL)
- +15 Years for ST/SC
- For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy

SBI Clerk Selection Process
The selection process consists of three phases:
- Preliminary Examination (Online, Objective)
- Main Examination (Online, Objective)
- Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT) - applicable only to candidates who have not studied the specified local language at 10th/12th level
Important: Only the main exam marks are used for the final merit list; prelims marks are used solely for shortlisting candidates for the main exam (approximately 10 times the vacancies per category).

Phase 1: Preliminary Examination (100 Marks, 1 Hour)
